How is my price calculated?
We compare the actual weight of each item with its cubic weight (L × W × H in metres × 333) and charge on whichever is higher, using the rate for your pickup and delivery zones.
What reference can I track with?
Any of them - your quote number (QT-…), booking number (BK-…) or tracking number all work in the tracking box.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes hold their price for 7 days. After that, request a new one and it'll be priced on current rates.
Can I send dangerous goods?
Some classes, yes. Tick the dangerous goods box on the quote form and our team will confirm what's needed before pickup.
Is my freight insured?
You can add transit insurance when you confirm your quote. The available cover levels, cost and excess are shown with every quote.
